Return Policy
- 100% Customer Satisfaction is our most important goal – all of our products are completely guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason please contact us. All items may be returned for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in circumstances when the return is due to our error.
- If you need to return an Item, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number.
- All Returns must be initiated within 14 Days of Receipt. After 14 days, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Items must be returned in their original package or certified holder. Coins removed from the certified holder cannot be returned.
- All special order item sales are final.
- A return authorization code must be obtained for any item a client wishes to return. Please contact your account adviser for details.
- All items slabbed by PCGS, NGC, ICG, or ANACS are protected by a three day inspection period. These pieces are traded daily on an open exchange and prices are subject to market demands. After three days all sales are final.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee, any returns after the 14-days will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping and
handling fees. If the coin(s) and/or holder(s) is/are tampered with or opened this will void any return privileges and will only result in company
credit. Coin grading is not a science but subjective to the opinions of the graders. Grading can vary from firm to firm and from grader to
grader. We at Apex Rarities remind the buyer that past performance can no way be used to predict the future value of any coin(s) and we
cannot guarantee a profit or loss. The buyer should consider these coins as collector coins and any investment or financial advice should be
obtained from the buyers' own financial experts. All disputes will be resolved in N.Y. State, Suffolk County Civil Courts and are subject to the
laws of New York State.
